Today was Jonathan's one year well-child visit at the doctors office. I'm happy to report that Jonathan is one healthy growing boy. He's 24 lbs 1 oz for weight and 32 inches long - this puts him in the 95% for height and a tad shy of the 75% for weight - not too terribly surprising. It appears as if he's dropped a pound or two since his last visit, however he's also crawling and moving twice as much as he ever was so we're not concerned. He's an active little man!! He got more immunizations today and because of that we prolonged his flu shot. He's such a trooper though, between being exhausted (his appointment was during nap time) and cutting those silly molars he was a good boy, putting on one heck of a show for everyone - nothing out of the normal.
As I write this post it sounds as if the house is going to fall down around me. It's quite scary actually!! I just checked the weather report and it appears as if the wind is currently blowing between 23 to 46 mph - OY! I miss the sunshine!!
On a happier note, Jeff is coming home tomorrow to visit for a week. Jeff is Josh's best friend from high school and was the best man in our wedding party. He's living in Florida these days so he'll be flying into Boston early morning and driving up here, hopefully arriving sometime mid-afternoon. It's going to be a busy-fun filled remainder of the week!!
