The Games We Play

As of late Jonathan has a new game that enjoys playing. I don't think it has a name but I like to call it drive mama insane.

It begins with me asking him to do the simplest tasks, Jonathan please put your bowl in the sink or Jonathan, please put the book back on the shelf

I'll hear this response...
Here? and he'll place the item 2 feet from me

Here? and he's moved yet another 2 feet

Here? and he's moved further away, by only, 2 feet
Here? well, you get the idea!!

All the time he's asking Here? he's asking in a giggly, playful, oh so mischievous tone with the occasional smile :o)

I've gotten to the point where I just say SURE, that sounds good or Is that where you found it? and most of the time he'll complete the task with out a million and one HERE'S but regardless someone's having full with mama these days.

The things mom doesn't tell you!! :o)
